Oasis enthusiasts might find themselves overwhelmed with emotion when the band reunites next year, if Liam Gallagher's recent solo show is any indication of what's to come.

The 52-year-old frontman took the stage at a boxing event at Wembley Stadium on Saturday night, marking his first performance since the band announced their much-anticipated Oasis Live ’25 tour back in August.

As long as they manage to avoid another sibling squabble leading to a split, the brothers are scheduled to perform six concerts at the legendary stadium in July and August 2025.

Liam delivered a setlist filled with hits such as Supersonic and Rock ‘N’ Roll Star during his pre-fight appearance, yet fans seemed unimpressed with his singing.

Numerous fans took to X (previously known as Twitter) to voice their disappointment over his performance.

Regardless of Saturday's show, the eagerness to witness the Gallagher brothers live is unmistakable.

So much so that ticket scalpers have attempted to sell tickets for over AUD $40,000, prompting the band to issue a statement addressing the situation.

“We've observed individuals attempting to resell tickets on secondary platforms since the pre-sale began. Please be aware, tickets can ONLY be resold, at face value, through Ticketmaster and Twickets,” Oasis stated in a statement on X.

“Tickets sold violating the terms and conditions will be canceled by the promoters.”

Despite being part of one of the most successful and renowned bands from England in recent history, Liam and Noel Gallagher have spent the past decade making headlines more for their ongoing disputes than their music.

Fortunately, the duo appears to have set aside their differences for the fans' sake (and the substantial earnings from their reunion tour), though it took 15 years to reach this point.
