Miranda Kerr Shows Support For Katy Perry After Split With Orlando Bloom

Orlando Bloom‘s former spouse Miranda Kerr has subtly expressed her support for Katy Perry following the pop star’s decision to call off her engagement with the actor.

On Wednesday, the Australian model took to Instagram to share a collection of photos, captioning it “summer so far 🪩❤️🍰🌸”.

Within the post, she included a selfie with fellow model Amélie Tremblay at Perry’s recent Lifetimes tour, along with a video of Perry performing her popular hit “California Dreams” on stage.

Amidst news of Perry’s separation from Bloom, it’s heartwarming to observe Kerr’s continued public support for Perry, particularly given their nearly decade-long co-parenting relationship.

If you missed the link between these two talented and stunning women, both share children with Bloom. Kerr and Bloom began their relationship in 2007 and were married for three years, from 2010 to 2013. They share a son, Flynn Christopher Blanchard Copeland Bloom, who is now 13.

Later, Kerr married Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel in 2017, and they have three sons: Hart, six, Myles, five, and Pierre, who is nine months old.

Perry and Bloom began their romance in early 2016 after crossing paths at a Golden Globes afterparty.

They became engaged in 2019 and welcomed their daughter, Daisy Dove, now four, in August 2020. However, this June, the couple, who seemed to be a perfect match, confirmed their split.

While Perry and Bloom might have ended their relationship, this week the “I Kissed A Girl” singer sparked rumors of dating with the former Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau. Honestly, it’s a rumor I did not expect, but I’m all for it.

Ultimately, I truly appreciate women supporting each other, and I hope the friendship between Kerr and Perry endures through time.
